An account first, then an organization. You confirm the address before anything is bought, and this page never asks for payment details.
what it costs, before you commit to anything
€5 per year plus any VAT or sales tax for your location. 10 seats. 100 active links and 400 dormant links, with 500 reserved slugs in total. Each €5 annual top-up adds the entire same bundle and renews on its own date.
what else to know before you buy
Each unit is its own annual subscription and renews automatically a year after it is bought. A unit added later is charged the full price and renews on its own date; nothing is prorated. Tax is calculated at checkout, which may also show the price in your local currency.
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Link emails the receipt and invoice at purchase and at every renewal, and a reminder before each renewal. You can cancel any unit from the billing page or at link.com, and a cancelled unit keeps working until the year you paid for runs out. Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask support@c1k.me for a full refund, no reason needed.
If the last unit lapses, links keep resolving for 30 days while the organization is read-only and export stays available; after that the organization is suspended and its links answer 410 Gone.
Availability is capacity limited. This service holds a fixed amount of storage, so registrations and purchases both stop when it is committed.
Analytics are kept for the retention window the organization chooses, and are purged after it. A unit carries 10 seats, which is the member limit: an organization needing more members buys another unit.
