One tier. €5 a year per pack.
There is nothing above this and nothing below it. No free plan to be nudged off, no per-seat price, no usage meter running in the background. One pack is €5 a year; stack as many as you need on one organization and every limit multiplies with the count, at the same price each time.
Free link shorteners have to pay for themselves somehow. Usually that means advertising, selling aggregate click data, or making the free experience just annoying enough that you upgrade. A five euro annual price removes all three incentives at once, and it is low enough that deciding takes a second rather than a procurement cycle.
A second tier would mean deliberately holding features back from the first one. Everything the service can do is in the €5 pack. Outgrowing the member or link ceiling is not a reason to change plan, because you simply add another pack. The constraints packs do not lift (a branded domain, webhooks, SSO, longer retention) are the ones where a bigger product is the right answer, and the comparison pages say honestly which one.
Add a pack. Each €5 pack raises the same organization's ceiling by 10 members, 100 active links and 400 dormant slugs, and there is no cap on how many you hold. Two packs is 20 members and 1,000 slugs for €10; ten is 100 members and 5,000 slugs for €50. Capacity is additive and immediate. Each pack is charged the full €5 when you add it and renews on its own anniversary.
That is a separate subscription rather than a pack. Each organization has its own members, links and analytics, and nothing is shared between them. There is no bulk discount and no multi-org console.
Billing, in plain terms
Checkout runs on Stripe, which is the merchant of record: you will see the purchase as sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Stripe adds any VAT or sales tax due for your location and may show the price in your local currency. It offers cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link; payment details never reach c1k.me. Link emails a receipt and a PDF invoice at purchase and at every renewal.
Each pack is its own annual subscription. A pack added later is charged the full €5 on the day you add it and renews a year from then, so packs bought on different days have different renewal dates and separate invoices. Nothing is prorated. The billing page lists every pack with its own renewal date.
Annual, on the anniversary of each pack's purchase. Link emails you a reminder before each renewal. Cancelling a pack is a button on the billing page, not an email request, and it takes effect at the end of the year already paid. You can also manage orders, payment methods and cancellations at link.com.
When the last pack lapses, because a payment failed or because you cancelled and the paid year ended, your links keep resolving for 30 days. During that window the organization is read-only and export stays fully available, so you always have time to move. After 30 days the organization is suspended and its links answer 410 Gone. Slugs stay reserved and are never reused, so nobody else can take over a link you published.
Within 14 days of a purchase you can withdraw and get a full refund: write to support@c1k.me, no reason needed. Outside that window the subscription runs to the end of its paid year. Payment disputes are handled by Stripe, and Link support can help with any question about a charge.
If the price ever rises, existing subscriptions renew at their original rate for at least 24 months from the announcement, and the change is announced by email to account holders and on this site at least 30 days before it takes effect. No silent increases at renewal.
Email only, at support@c1k.me. There is no response-time commitment, no live chat and no phone line.
When you should not buy this
You need links on your own branded domain. You need a single organization spanning several teams that should not see each other's links. You need device-based routing, retargeting pixels, webhooks, SSO or a signed enterprise agreement. You need analytics kept longer than 30 days inside the product rather than in your own warehouse. Members and link volume are what packs scale; none of these others are.
Any of those means a different product serves you better. The comparison pages name which ones and why, without pretending c1k.me wins every row.
